The Marketing Specialist, Pharma, Biopharma, Life Science Research executes marketing campaigns to increase market visibility, drive engagement and increase demand generation with cross-channel marketing tactics related to strategic initiatives, new product introductions and regional growth opportunities. This position reports to the Americas Senior Manager, Marketing Communications and Technical Marketing and is part of the Americas commercial organization located in the United States and will be located in our Marlborough, MA office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, aligning to strategic business goals and leveraging research (e.g., competitor campaigns, marketing best practices, etc), data and experimentation to tailor messaging Develop high impact, on-brand marketing content that drives engagement and commercial outcomes through close collaboration with Market Development, Technical Marketing, Strategic Marketing and Brand teams Analyze and optimize campaign performance and marketing plans by overseeing budgets, tracking KPIs and reporting insights, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and increasing commercial impact reactively and as part of annual planning
