  • Drive Internal Communications: Create and deploy engaging content that supports business and culture initiatives (Modern Workplace, Lead & Tell, etc.).
  • Own the Content Calendar: Manage timing, platforms, and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with creative and IT teams to keep MyHub fresh and relevant.
  • Plan & Execute Events: Support live meetings like All Hands, Real Talks, and Lead the Change.
  • Amplify the Brand: Manage recognition programs, Glassdoor presence, social media, and award submissions.
  • Spotlight Employees: Lead initiatives that celebrate team members and promote DE&I.
  • Analyze & Improve: Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
  • Support External Communications: Help amplify external events internally.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years in communications or marketing
  • Experience in internal communications
  • Social media and digital UX savvy
  • B2B brand-building experience
  • SharePoint experience helpful
