About The Position

As a B2B Marketing Automation & Email Specialist , you'll bring data, technology, and strategy together to deliver impactful commercial customer experiences. You'll manage B2B marketing automation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) - executing targeted campaigns, building automated nurture journeys, and optimizing engagement to drive qualified leads, customer retention, and commercial sales growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing or marketing automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
  • Experience building automated nurture programs and segmentation strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM data structure and lead lifecycle management.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance data and optimizing based on insights.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting preferred.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot certification preferred.
  • Experience writing SQL queries for segmentation preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and deploy B2B marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), including email sends and automated nurture programs.
  • Create and maintain landing pages and data-capture forms to support lead generation and commercial engagement initiatives.
  • Manage all aspects of campaign execution, including audience segmentation, content setup, QA, deployment, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain campaign calendars to ensure alignment with promotional priorities, commercial sales initiatives, and brand strategy.
  • Develop automated nurture journeys that support the B2B sales funnel from lead acquisition through conversion and retention.
  • Build and optimize dynamic audience segments using lists, automation rules, CRM data, and SQL queries where applicable.
  • Partner with CRM and Data teams to improve targeting accuracy, maintain database integrity, and support lead scoring and grading models.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, MQL generation, and pipeline contribution) and provide actionable optimization insights.
  • Support A/B testing to refine messaging, timing, segmentation strategies, and conversion performance.
  • Ensure all communications comply with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and applicable data privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial Sales, Creative, and IT teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution.
  • Support broader CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives through automation enhancements, reporting, and process documentation.
