About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and managing multi-channel marketing programs that drive lead generation and customer engagement. A key focus of this role is hands-on development of marketing emails-you will build, test, and deploy high-quality, responsive email campaigns using Pardot, HTML, and CSS to ensure brand alignment, performance optimization, and cross-platform compatibility. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys working in marketing automation platforms, and is motivated by continuous improvement and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) for campaign setup, automation, and lead scoring
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS for customizing emails, landing pages, and other web assets.
  • Experience with lead routing, account matching, and ABM orchestration.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress for managing campaign-related content and plugins
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, ABM tools (e.g., 6sense), digital ad platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
  • Pardot Specialist or comparable marketing automation certification
  • Experience operationalizing marketing campaigns using email marketing best practices
  • Intermediate Excel skills for data manipulation, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and related formulas

Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and deploy responsive email campaigns in Pardot using HTML and CSS, ensuring brand consistency, functionality, and performance optimization across devices.
  • Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams to execute multi-channel marketing programs (email, web, social) on time and within scope.
  • Support tracking and reporting on campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to inform and optimize future campaigns.
  • Import and manage lead uploads in Pardot and Excel, ensuring data accuracy and proper formatting for B2B and ABM segmentation.
  • Maintain accurate program and lead data in Pardot and Salesforce to ensure reliable campaign attribution and performance reporting.
