Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in demand generation/campaign management.
  • Ability to leverage data and insights in the development and optimization of marketing programs aligned to business objectives.
  • Strong project/program management skills with the ability to drive planning and ensure flawless execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build rapport with core stakeholders and team members.
  • Highly motivated, driven, passionate, and accountable. Takes initiative to get things done and be a team player.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Extremely resourceful, leveraging all resources to execute campaigns and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Monday, 6Sense, or similar technology.

  • Preferably have a passion for higher education and Ellucian's vision to support institutions to unlock learning for all.
  • Marketing in the B2B space, experience in Higher Ed or SaaS is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a content and tactic mix based on the higher education buyer's journey, ensuring a consistent customer or prospect experience that drives strong messaging and clear CTAs.
  • Support the strategy and execution of integrated marketing programs that align with higher education personas and needs-based messaging and content.
  • Support the creation and acceleration of marketing-contributed pipeline through integrated marketing programs incorporating email marketing, digital media, paid social, live and virtual events, direct mail, etc.
  • Work with the Marketing Operations & Digital Marketing Teams to measure campaign performance using Salesforce & Tableau dashboards and identify tactics for A/B testing.
  • Measure results and use data to identify opportunities to refine tactic and content mix to yield accelerated conversion rates across the funnel.
  • Collaborate with solutions marketing, corporate strategy, and digital marketing team to ensure programs utilize compelling content aligned to targeted personas.
  • Work closely with sales enablement teams to ensure sales is aware of programs launching and is enabled to have lead follow-up conversations.
  • Manage marketing program budget allocation, ensuring updates are properly documented for Marketing Leadership and Finance.
  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Marketing, Digital Marketing, Field Marketing, Corporate Comms, Sales, Sales Enablement, etc.
