About The Position
As a leading marketing automation consulting and services firm, BDO is looking for a Campaign Specialist to help us transform the way our clients engage with their customers. BDO provides Campaign Execution Services as a valuable extension of our client's marketing team. Our clients leverage our team of certified marketing technology and campaign professionals to produce, manage, deploy and monitor email marketing campaigns and marketing automation best practices. Working directly with our clients in collaboration with our Managed Services team, this role will develop and execute email marketing campaigns in a variety of marketing automation tools, in accordance with clients' specifications. This role is responsible for the execution of email campaigns and related landing page configurations, form setup, segmentation, testing, through to deployment, as well as post-campaign reporting and data management. This position has a deep understanding of the campaign management lifecycle, including data quality, QA, email deliverability and measurement of ROI and KPIs. The Campaign Specialist applies marketing automation best practices to produce efficient and effective campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate must possess excellent email campaign production and execution skills, client relations experience, project management skills, and have some experience with leading marketing automation systems, such as Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
