About The Position

The Marketing Campaign Coordinator position is a perfect entry-level opportunity for anyone looking to break into the direct response marketing space. The role works closely with multiple marketing departments, providing a front-row view into how marketing campaigns are produced. The primary responsibility for this role is handling and coordinating set-up and review of all marketing campaigns. Additionally, this role is responsible for managing operational projects, including new publication set-ups, publication folds, marketing technology initiatives, and any other operational needs of the marketing department. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit are all must-haves.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
  • Experience in Marketing or Production is a plus
  • Knowledge of SalesForce and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Some proofreading/editing skills are required
  • Experience with Monday.com or other project management tools is a plus
  • Must possess great organization and attention to detail
  • Independent creativity is highly desired to bring ideas to existing marketing strategies

Responsibilities

  • Operational setup of all retail aspects of a marketing campaign (ex: price points, refund policies) within our proprietary Salesforce Marketing Engine
  • Reviews all landing pages associated with a marketing campaign (ex, order forms, transcripts, video landing pages, upsells/cross-sells.
  • Creates all confirmation and thank you pages for promotion and updates the appropriate content per campaign
  • Performs final review and QA testing on all campaigns to ensure pricing and copy are accurate
  • Delegates materials to front end developer team for code setup
  • Facilitate the flow of communication related to campaigns between marketing teams and the rest of the production team
  • Dictates any edits to content and assigns adjustments
  • Coordinates with copywriters for promotional assets and editorial for premium content
  • Act as the operational point for publication launches and folds
  • Liase with customer service on any questions relating to a campaign’s operational setup
  • Act as project manager for marketing technology initiatives as needed
  • Conference campaign and promotional setup
  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added
