About The Position

Core Responsibilities: Campaign Execution & Coordination Support execution of offline and cross-channel campaigns (e.g., direct mail, local initiatives, promotions) Coordinate with vendors on timelines, assets, lists, and deliverables Track campaign schedules and ensure launches occur on time Assist with campaign readiness checks prior to launch Brand Execution & Governance Ensure campaigns, assets, and vendor deliverables align with approved brand guidelines Coordinate execution across multiple brands to ensure correct naming, logos, messaging, and disclaimers are used Act as a QA checkpoint to prevent brand mix-ups across locations, channels, and vendors Flag inconsistencies or deviations from brand standards to the Marketing Operations Manager for resolution Offline → Online QA Validate QR codes, URLs, landing pages, and UTMs before campaigns go live Ensure offline campaigns route correctly to the appropriate digital destinations Confirm tracking elements are in place prior to mail drops or campaign launches Vendor & Execution Support Perform light vendor coordination and execution tracking Ensure assets, lists, and approvals are received on time Identify and flag delays, risks, or missing inputs early to avoid launch issues Required Experience & Skills 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, operations, or campaign support roles Strong organizational and time-management skills High attention to detail and strong QA instincts Comfortable working with vendors, timelines, and checklists Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across brands and locations Working Style & Expectations Process-driven and reliable with strong follow-through Comfortable executing from defined plans and instructions Proactive in identifying issues before they impact execution Calm under deadline pressure Comfortable escalating risks or problems when needed What Success Looks Like Campaigns launch on time without last-minute issues Brand standards are consistently applied across all campaigns and vendors Offline campaigns route cleanly to the correct digital destinations Vendors stay aligned to timelines and execution expectations Fewer execution surprises reaching leadership This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
