Solera is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Business Partner to lead demand generation and campaign execution for its North American Dealer Solutions. This role works closely with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Enablement/RevOps) to build high-impact marketing programs that resonate with dealership stakeholders and deliver measurable business outcomes. This individual excels at turning strategy into action-translating business goals into integrated marketing campaigns that accelerate pipeline, improve conversion, and grow revenue. Campaigns will be grounded in dealer pain points and continuously optimized through performance data and ROI analysis.

  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid, owned, earned) to drive awareness, lead generation, and demand for Solera's Dealer Solutions portfolio.
  • Use data, A/B testing, and analytics to refine messaging, creative, and targeting for maximum campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Own campaign performance from end to end, including KPI development, tracking, reporting, and optimization.
  • Serve as the operational arm of the Marketing Director, ensuring that go-to-market strategies are translated into high-performing marketing plans.
  • Translate product and solution messaging into clear campaign briefs and sales enablement tools tailored to dealership decision-makers.
  • Support product launches and major initiatives with strategic marketing execution aligned to business goals and dealer needs.
  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to develop compelling marketing materials including emails, landing pages, case studies, webinars, and digital content aligned to the dealer buyer journey.
  • Create tools such as ROI calculators, pitch decks, value-driven one-pagers, and playbooks that help the sales team communicate clear business value.
  • Stay connected to the challenges and priorities of dealers across service, parts, and fixed operations to ensure campaign relevance and resonance.
  • Conduct or support voice-of-dealer interviews to extract insights that inform campaign strategy and audience targeting.
  • Work closely with demand gen, analytics, and creative teams to manage timelines, asset delivery, and campaign reporting.
  • Serve as the key marketing liaison to regional dealer sales teams, creating feedback loops and coordinating field-level activation plans.
  • 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience; experience in relevant industries preferred.
  • Strong experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns with an emphasis on measurement, lead generation, and business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Results-driven, analytical mindset with a proven track record of driving and optimizing ROI.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Passion for aligning marketing initiatives with revenue goals and collaborating cross-functionally to advance business objectives.
