About The Position

The Marketing Business Insights Specialist at TD Bank Group is responsible for conducting in-depth analyses of data to generate actionable insights that drive business growth. This role involves collaborating with various marketing functions and business lines to translate complex data into meaningful information, utilizing advanced analytics and modeling techniques. The specialist will work autonomously, providing expert guidance and support to stakeholders while managing projects that have enterprise-wide implications.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance, or computer science).
• 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics and/or marketing, preferably in financial services or banking.
• Experience with tools such as SalesForce, SAS, SQL, R, or Python.
• Strong communication skills to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Journey Building or other relevant marketing tools.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
• Experience in stakeholder management and influencing decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses on curated and aggregated DataMart's to generate relevant analytical insights for business issues.
• Collaborate with business leaders to present insights and generate supporting collateral and presentations.
• Lead the interpretation of complex business issues and identify opportunities for growth.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative methodologies to present data effectively.
• Act as the primary interface with business to translate requirements into analytics and reporting needs.
• Manage relationships with various business lines and ensure alignment with enterprise requirements.
• Provide day-to-day support and delivery of analytics, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
