Responsible for day-to-day management, technical segmentation execution, optimization, and analysis of email and digital marketing campaigns using advanced marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Manages the full marketing automation campaign lifecycle, from strategy and planning through development, segmentation (SQL), deployment, and reporting, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and optimized for customer engagement. Applies advanced segmentation and Marketing Cloud architecture expertise to drive and track conversions, strengthen deliverability, and execute high-quality acquisition marketing across devices and platforms. With a clear understanding of organizational strategy, this role influences the design of Sutter Health’s marketing automation approach and supports consistent, high-impact acquisition efforts.
