The Marketing Operations Specialist (Marketo) at Luminate will play a crucial role in the marketing team, focusing on the development and implementation of email campaigns, landing pages, and forms using Marketo. This position requires managing Marketo programs and assets while collaborating with both marketing and sales teams to design and test lead nurturing programs that align with demand generation and revenue targets. The role is hybrid, requiring four days in the office and one day of remote work, based in Los Angeles, CA. In this position, you will manage an integrated MarTech stack that includes various technologies such as Marketo, Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and ClearBit. You will be responsible for driving the Marketing Technology strategy and roadmap to generate more qualified leads and reach prospective customers with tailored messages. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Marketo, WordPress, Salesforce, HTML, XML, JavaScript, and Flash, and will be a strong communicator capable of project managing marketing campaigns and initiatives. Your responsibilities will also include developing and executing email campaigns, tracking and optimizing their performance, and creating Marketo landing pages that collect prospect metadata feeding into Marketo and Salesforce. A solid understanding of email best practices, A/B testing, SEO, and compliance with domestic and international regulations is essential. Staying updated on marketing technology trends and best practices will be key to introducing new technologies that help exceed marketing goals. Additional projects may be assigned as needed.
