The Marketing Automation & Operations Intern will play a crucial role in defining, executing, and measuring successful marketing analytics, particularly focusing on demand and lead generation initiatives for the Enterprise Marketing team. This position is designed for individuals who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program and are eager to gain hands-on experience in the marketing field. The intern will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that programs and audience segments are configured to meet campaign goals effectively. In this role, the intern will apply their knowledge of marketing automation tools, particularly Eloqua, to manage and optimize lead generation from various marketing initiatives, including email programs and content marketing. The intern will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the marketing automation architecture, customer data governance, and compliance with legal regulations such as GDPR. Additionally, the intern will support the reporting of campaign metrics through collaboration with the Marketing Analytics Team, ensuring that lead data quality and integrity are maintained throughout the marketing processes. The intern will also be involved in building, launching, and optimizing email campaigns, including the creation of monthly newsletters and behavior-based drip email campaigns.
