This candidate will play a key role in our efforts to focus on fan engagement and automation of communications for Spurs Sports & Entertainment. They will work to establish, support and enforce automation processes/procedures, assist with organizational and marketing goals, and improve general database practices for all franchise and venue communications. This individual will be able to make campaign suggestions based on data-driven analysis and industry trends, with a desire to leverage AI to optimize departmental efficiencies.
