About The Position

The Marketing Automation Campaign Delivery Manager will be responsible for completing SFMC configuration and implementation for campaigns. This role is responsible for leading and executing the SFMC strategy requirements as assigned and monitoring active campaigns post- development. Campaign Delivery manages marketing communications for TD Bank, working closely with multiple stakeholder groups, including DDTS (Data-Driven Targeting Strategy), MarTech, and marketing planners. We are responsible for timely and accurate campaign execution and management of overall marketing execution strategy. Depth & Scope: Leads the configuration of assigned campaign configuration and journey build Develops and configures sender/e-mail profile configuration Leads the configuration of audience entry source, exit criteria, re-entry criteria and campaign goals Structures Journey decision splits Develops and configures Journey updates/modifications and version control of active campaigns Develops and configures dynamic content, including Personalization requirements Develops and configures messaging/activities across channels and associate defined sender/delivery profile Performs on-going QA & platform health checklist tasks Participates in campaign optimization sessions and support analysis of campaign performance Configures A/B tests and present the results for marketing campaigns Configures and measures campaign optimizations Builds emails and ensures email campaigns are meticulously tested for errors and compliance with best practices Partners with creative teams and build reusable content blocks Leads the configuration of Personalization requirements Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and IT to achieve campaign objectives Utilizes strong project management skills to drive initiatives from conception to completion within established timelines

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience or similar marketing automation experience.
  • Solid understanding of marketing campaign concepts and best practices
  • Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to provide optimization insights
  • Proficient understanding of data structures and relational data.
  • Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently
  • Communication Skills, particularly with large stakeholder groups
  • Experience executing campaigns and enhancements within an Agile delivery framework

  • SFMC Email Specialist Certification
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and its integration with Marketing Cloud
  • Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
  • General understanding of Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization
  • Knowledge of SQL, Json, and Ampscript would be highly beneficial.

  • Creates or contributes to an inspiring creative brief for media and creative agencies, evaluates creative campaigns and media strategies based on their impact on customer behavior
  • Understands role of different media options and their impact on achieving marketing objectives, and oversees flawless execution of tactical media and creative plans
  • Leads/interfaces and contributes to cross-functional marketing teams to deliver all elements of campaigns including, targeted and channel marketing
  • Develops marketing strategies and plans; understands market and growth drivers, creates a vision of market, channel, and segment potential, develops value propositions and proof points that further our competitive advantage, and translates business strategies into marketing plans
  • Delivers and monitors results; ensures stated objectives are delivered on plan (monitor/early indicators) and where required, takes corrective actions to achieve targets
  • Analyzes past results and makes recommendations to maximize return on investment
