The Analyst I, Marketing Automation supports the execution, quality, and optimization of marketing automation programs across Braze, Pardot, and related platforms. The role ensures data accuracy, segmentation integrity, and operational consistency that enable effective lifecycle, email, and messaging campaigns. Working under general direction, this role contributes to scalable marketing automation processes, supports testing initiatives, and enhances the performance and reliability of customer journeys. This is a hybrid in office (3x a week) role in Oak Brook, IL.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain data hygiene within marketing automation platforms by monitoring data quality, identifying anomalies, and ensuring accuracy across events, attributes, and customer profiles.
  • Validate segmentation logic to ensure audiences are built accurately and align to campaign objectives and targeting requirements.
  • Support journey reliability by accessing data dependencies, identifying risks related to missing or incomplete data, and escalating issues proactively.
  • Coordinate with data engineering to request, document, and validate new data fields and integrations required for marketing activation.
  • Monitor email, SMS, and push deliverability using platform insights to identify trends in inbox placement, sender reputation, and compliance.
  • Maintain tagging standards, naming conventions, and folder hierarchies to ensure consistency and scalability across marketing systems.
  • Execute A/B and multivariate tests by setting up test structures, monitoring performance, and synthesizing initial insights to support the broader testing roadmap led by senior team members.
  • Support campaign readiness reviews by confirming data feeds, segmentation rules, and platform configurations meet requirements prior to launch.
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
