About The Position

The Marketing Associate at Structall Building Systems, Inc. is responsible for managing the brand experience and marketing initiatives for the company. Requirements

• 1 year of experience in marketing strategy, operations, and/or production (can include part-time, work-study, or internship work).
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
• Experience in project management.
• Familiarity with branding and social media marketing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the marketing point of contact for internal and external collateral/promotional material requests.
• Maintain stock inventory levels on printed collateral and sample inventory.
• Manage all promotional material inventory, ordering, and distribution.
• Produce in-house embroidery requests utilizing pre-digitized files.
• Assist with internal initiative requests from complementary departments such as HR, Production, and Inventory.
• Support the broader team on external marketing campaigns, including physical mailings, email campaigns, social media, and in-person events.
