At Medical Essential Diagnostics, we are committed to improving the health and well-being of our communities by providing essential cardiopulmonary diagnostic screenings to first responders, educators, and state employees across New Jersey. We are expanding our outreach and are looking for a motivated Marketing Associate to join our team. As a Marketing Associate in our Government Outreach team, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with key NJ state departments, including Police, Fire, Municipal, Public Works, and more. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to schedule information sessions, where our field marketers can present our life-saving programs and secure preregistrations. This is not just a sales job; it’s an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those who serve our community.

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to targeted prospects to generate new business opportunities.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Utilize market insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels and materials.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines.
  • Reach KPI goals on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Uphold all marketing related SOP’s.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing or sales role (preferred).
  • Experience in outbound cold calling, lead generation, or telemarketing (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
  • Persistence and resilience in handling rejection and overcoming objections.
  • Knowledge of the product or service being offered and the industry.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing tools, techniques and best practices.
  • Previous experience in sales, particularly cold calling, is a plus but not required.
