About The Position

We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to support a fast-moving marketing team across demand generation, events, content, product marketing, and social media. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn the business from the ground up, contribute immediately, and grow quickly. If you’re organized, curious, and not afraid to jump in wherever needed, you’ll do well here.

  • Willingness to learn and grow across all areas of marketing, including marketing automation
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
  • Willingness to travel for events as needed

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day execution across key marketing programs, including demand generation, product marketing, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Assist in planning and executing events, with a focus on smaller state and regional conferences
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including materials, shipping, booth setup, and on-site support as needed
  • Help create and manage content across channels, including email, web, and social media
  • Support campaign execution, tracking, and reporting
  • Learn and support marketing automation tools and platforms, including email campaigns, list management, and campaign workflows
  • Create and edit basic marketing assets using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Work with the team to develop presentations, sales materials, and marketing assets
  • Maintain marketing calendars and help keep projects on track
  • Step in wherever needed to support the broader marketing team
