Job Overview: We are looking for a Marketing Associate that will be responsible for executing digital campaigns, managing social media, and creating advisor-focused content (presentations, brochures, case studies) We want a team player who can leverage the strength of the firm to deliver outstanding results and solutions. Requirements

Minimum bachelor’s degree
3-5 years of marketing experience; experience in a registered investment advisory environment preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly professional team player, able to work well with all levels and across departments within the firm
Must be organized, meticulous, dependable, adaptable, detailed and service-oriented and able to multitask
Personable, warm, engaging; supports a team environment
Ability to work independently to meet deadlines
Experience in digital and social media marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, LinkedIn) and project management (Asana)

Responsibilities

Execute key marketing initiatives and projects in alignment with departmental objectives.
Provide marketing support to advisor marketing and lead generation projects, including educational seminars; client and prospect events; and marketing campaigns and outreach.
Develop and execute on project plans in Asana that provide a clear picture of work in process and support business objectives and outcomes.
Demonstrate accountability, ensuring that marketing projects are completed on time and within budget.
Work with other members of the marketing team to gather data to analyze performance of marketing content and campaigns.
Collaborate effectively within the marketing team and cross-functionally with other departments.
Stay up to speed on principles, practices and techniques of advisory marketing through discussion and training.
