Marketing Associate - 4 days/week in Chicago office
About The Position
Chicago-based Golub & Company LLC and its affiliates are active in key markets across the United States in real estate development, acquisitions, asset and property management, leasing and corporate real estate services. The Company has developed, owned or managed more than 50 million square feet of properties valued in excess of $20 billion since it was founded in 1960. We are seeking a Marketing Associate in Chicago, IL to coordinate the development, implementation and ongoing management of residential, commercial and corporate marketing strategies across multiple channels and venues. This position will be responsible for these essential functions:
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
- Minimum one to three years related marketing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in real estate or related industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Skilled in Canva, Google Analytics, Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), Excel, and Outlook.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Wordspace and Squarespace preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Implements and executes various marketing initiatives which support property-level leasing and occupancy goals and ensure consistent branding and messaging across corporate, multifamily, and commercial portfolios.
- Maintains the design and production of marketing materials, advertising campaigns, signage, displays, and other tactics from conception through execution using internal creative resources and outside agency partnerships.
- Assists in monitoring and updating the company website, social media profiles, contact lists, and email campaigns.
- Works with contracted vendors to monitor and optimize property-level digital campaigns and social media channels.
- Supports reputation management execution from rollout through property‑level strategy recommendations; partners with the Director on final strategic decisions.
- Analyzes marketing performance and reporting, monitors trends, and adjusts strategies to optimize campaigns and support individual property goals.
- Manages inventory of property marketing materials and collateral.
- Assists with corporate marketing initiatives including special events, awards, mailings and other news events.
- Communicates effectively to ensure project is delivered accurately and on time.
