About The Position

We are a growing event marketing firm that specializes in creating exciting brand experiences and promotional events for major clients. Our team helps brands connect directly with their audiences through live marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand activations.
We’re currently hiring an Entry-Level Marketing Associate to help plan and execute events while gaining hands-on experience in event marketing, promotions, and brand management.
No prior experience is required — we provide full training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing marketing events and brand promotions
• Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
• Interact with clients and attendees to create a positive brand experience
• Help coordinate event logistics, staff, and materials
• Work with internal teams including marketing, creative, and production
• Communicate with vendors and partners to ensure smooth event operations
• Assist with event registrations, guest engagement, and activities
• Collect attendee and client feedback to improve future campaigns
• Support post-event reporting and performance tracking
