The Marketing Associate is responsible for building a brand that business owners actively choose when considering a long-term partnership. This role sits at the center of brand, content, and demand generation across Orion and its platform companies, helping ensure that qualified business owners know who we are, understand what we stand for, and associate our brands with trust, partnership, and permanence. You will shape messaging, develop content, support new growth channels, and help position our brands as first-call partners in our industries. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role for someone who combines strong storytelling instincts with operational rigor. You’ll work across content, web, events, and analytics—launching new initiatives, supporting live and digital experiences, improving conversion, and turning data into insight. Success looks like consistent inbound deal growth, strong engagement with owners and partners, and tight alignment with leadership and the Investing team. The ideal candidate has high standards, sharp judgment, and a bias toward ownership and follow-through.
