As a key member of our North American marketing team , you’ll support integrated marketing initiatives across B2B and B2Fleet audiences, helping Bosch shape the future of mobility and logistics. Your role includes: Marketing Strategy: Assist in planning and launching B2B marketing campaigns aligned with our global go-to-market strategy. Content Creation: Write, design, and publish content across web, social, email, and print — always on-brand and always engaging. Campaign Management: Support multi-channel advertising campaigns, from concept to performance analysis. Design & Visuals: Create stunning digital graphics, video content, and print materials using Bosch tools and templates. Social Media: Develop content calendars, design posts, and grow our digital presence. Event Marketing: Help organize and execute trade shows, conventions, and sales activations. Sales Enablement: Design marketing materials and support sales team efforts at industry events. Brand Stewardship: Keep all messaging in line with Bosch’s global brand voice and identity. Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with global marketing, sales, and design teams. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising or a related field
  • 2+ years of professional work experience within Marketing, Sales or Business Development
  • Highly motivated team player that works independently and takes ownership of tasks and projects
  • General understanding of marketing, print production, corporate identity, advertisements and multimedia design
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
  • Ability to manage time, multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented to produce accurate and high-quality work
