Responsibilities

• Accurately and promptly price vehicles online to maintain competitive and up-to-date listings.
• Manage the dealership websites when necessary.
• Coordinate sponsorship requests and ensure all requirements are fulfilled.
• Plan and execute dealership events, including internal employee events and community-facing activities.
• Professionally represent the dealership at events and sponsorship engagements.
• Handle last-minute requests and shifting priorities with a flexible, solutions-focused mindset.
• Meet strict deadlines while managing multiple projects.
• Create basic graphic design materials
• Occasionally work evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
