About The Position

The mission of the Photo & Video Production Department is to accurately translate creative concepts into beautiful, functional, on-time, and cost-effective photo and video assets. Aritzia is growing and our Photo & Video Production team is growing with it. As the Associate Producer, Photo & Video Production, you will support the production of best-in-class photography and videography for our Campaigns, ensuring delivery is on-time, within budget, and aligned with both creative and business objectives. Requirements

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in production (agency or in-house preferred), photography, videography, and project management
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

Responsibilities

• Support in planning productions of quality Campaign content, on time, on budget, at the right location and with the right people
• Coordinate the elements of Campaign shoots, including booking, travel, and logistics
• Manage the execution of Campaign shoots and their post-production
• Manage the administrative, legal, and financial components of Campaign shoots
• Provide an operationally seamless photo & video production experience
