Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of marketing experience (internships or entry-level experience accepted).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer) and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and print.
• Manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
• Support content creation for the website, blog, email marketing, and promotional materials.
• Assist with graphic design projects, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Coordinate trade show and event logistics, including preparing materials, scheduling meetings, and assisting with setup.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
• Maintain and update the customer database and marketing reports using CRM and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral and sales support materials.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including invoicing, ordering promotional materials, and organizing marketing files.
