The Marketing Assistant role at Priderock Capital Management LLC is designed to support the Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager in tenant acquisition and retention for multifamily and student housing communities. The position requires a proactive and service-driven individual who can manage multiple tasks and deliver solutions under tight deadlines. Key responsibilities include developing social media strategies, graphic design, database management, and promoting marketing initiatives to clients.

  • Oversee and administer the Real Page Reward and Reputation Program, promoting it to prospects and tenants.
  • Assist property managers with program administration and reward redemption, ensuring costs remain within budget.
  • Track and prepare reports to illustrate the program's impact on tenant retention and property reputation scores.
  • Facilitate onboarding of the AI Leasing Assistant program and produce reports tracking lead to lease conversions and AI call volume.
  • Create digital communication for prospects and tenants using third-party vendors and graphic design resources.
  • Develop and promote property specials across digital and print mediums.
  • Manage and evaluate all tracking tools for marketing effectiveness.
  • Plan, promote, and execute on-property events.
  • Build and track a Preferred Employer Program and a Resident Referral program for the property portfolio.
  • Proven graphic design capabilities with a portfolio of work.
  • Significant experience with Adobe Photoshop and web-based services like Canva and Poster My Wall.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in producing and implementing digital and social marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, including Google My Business, Google Analytics, and Google PPC.
  • Knowledge of Facebook and Instagram strategy, messaging, and postings.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and database management.
  • Experience in creating and managing experiential and engagement marketing programs.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, energetic, motivated, and organized.
  • Experience with multi-family technology platforms such as Yardi, CoStar, and Real Page.
  • Prior experience in multi-family property or hospitality management, sales, or customer service.
  • Experience in student housing marketing is highly preferred.
  • Digital advertising management or sales experience.
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Visual/Digital Design, or Advertising.
