Marketing Assistant The Kowalski's Marketing Assistant possesses strong Active Citizenship skills demonstrated by taking ownership, governing, problem-solving, and effective communication. In addition, the candidate must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. They must be reliable, focused on quality, and capable of making thoughtful decisions. They thrive in a fast- paced environment, successfully manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing workloads, and efficiently accomplish a wide variety of tasks. We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing department across a wide range of projects. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in design, digital marketing, and hands-on creative production. You’ll collaborate closely with the team to help execute campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and keep our marketing operations running smoothly. Needs to be able to accept and implement directions and changes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the creation of marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Support email marketing efforts, including drafting content, building campaigns, and updating mailing lists.
  • Help maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Contribute to graphic design needs such as social flyers, brochures, and signs.
  • Participate in photo and video shoots, including setup, coordination, and on-site support.
  • Assist with basic photo retouching as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, approvals, and project details.
  • Perform general administrative and marketing tasks as assigned to support department goals.
