About The Position

Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support marketing operations, campaign coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or administrative support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Experience with marketing tools or CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with digital marketing processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and activities.
• Support content creation and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain marketing materials and documentation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating projects.
• Support day-to-day marketing operations.
• Track marketing performance metrics.
• Assist in preparing reports and insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and documentation.
• Work with internal teams to support marketing needs.
• Assist leadership in improving marketing workflows.
