About The Position

We seek a self-motivated, creative individual with strong graphic design skills and the ability to translate ideas and words into compelling visuals to join our Marketing Team in Denver. This entry-level role will support proposal responses and other marketing initiatives that showcase DTJ’s design expertise.

Requirements

• Professional, friendly, and able to work effectively with a variety of personalities.
• A self-starter with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Creative and resourceful, with a passion for design and marketing.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
• Ability to translate written content into compelling visual formats.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Digital Asset Managers (OpenAsset), and CRMs (HubSpot)
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the A/E/C industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of proposal responses, including formatting, layout, and visual storytelling to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Produce high-quality, polished materials that require minimal revisions, demonstrating attention to detail and strong design judgment.
• Design engaging graphics for proposals, presentations, marketing campaigns, and other projects ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
• Help maintain DTJ’s digital asset library, ensuring files are organized and accessible.
• Help maintain DTJ’s CRM, Hubspot, ensuring data is complete and up-to-date
• Support the execution of marketing tasks and initiatives as assigned.
