About The Position

We are looking for a hardworking, independent, and trustworthy individual to join the Chick-fil-A Eastpoint family. This person needs to have a passion for customer service and availability to work a flexible, events based schedule that may require working mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Requirements

Over the age of 18
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Money handling experience
Customer service experience
Clean driving record
Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Marketing Director to lead and oversee the implementation of annual marketing programs
Assist in the planning and coordination of events (both inside and outside of the restaurant), this includes, but is not limited to:
Restaurant events
Local vendor events
Deliveries
Managing concession stands
Off-site sales from a Catering Service Trailer
Manage digital and social media marketing
Create flyers or other promotional advertisements
Ensuring food safety procedures and regulations are followed at all times
Representing Chick-fil-A at community events
Creating an inviting atmosphere within the restaurant
Collaborating with restaurant staff to improve guest experience
Collaborating and meeting with the leadership team
