We are hiring a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing and Communications team in its efforts to execute a high-quality, targeted, and effective marketing and communications strategy that helps promote the Company’s mission, vision, and values. The Marketing Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support, as well as lead projects and initiatives when appropriate, and by request.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 -3 years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage Benchmark’s Policy and Forms Repository as a member of the Policy Review Committee.
  • Ensure policies are current, saved or archived in the proper location.
  • Play a critical role in developing a Forms Repository and ensuring forms are current, user-friendly, and easy to find.
  • Manage Benchmark’s social media activities, including organizing, posting, and managing content and tracking metrics
  • Oversee company-branded merchandise, including placing orders, keeping track of inventory in closets, organizing marketing closets, and prepping materials for local and regional conference appearances (i.e., packing for fairs and assisting with Development packing)
  • May be responsible for coordinating with Marketing Manager to design merchandise as requested by regional programs.
  • Manage print material inventory including envelopes, anniversary cards, brochures, etc. Work with print partner, Tandem, to keep online storefront current.
  • Assist with regular webinars (i.e., Financial Wellness and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility webinars) and manage video library, including preparing videos to make sharable and uploading them to the appropriate platforms.
  • Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including event planning.
  • Help conduct market research, maintain marketing databases, send and monitor press releases and media activity
  • Manage online reviews including Google reviews and update Google locations as needed.
  • Manage Buck Up Employee Giving Campaign.
