Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Help generate content ideas, schedule posts, and interact with followers to foster community engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Analyze data to provide insights that inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Assist in coordinating promotional activities, events, and advertising initiatives.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the marketing department, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
