About The Position
Join our team as a Marketing Assistant in our vibrant Chiropractic office! This position can be a part-time or a full-time role, spanning 20-40 hours per week during business hours with occasional prescheduled evenings & weekends, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our community. You'll have the chance to change lives, assist individuals, and contribute to enhancing community health. As a Marketing Assistant, you'll engage with the public, coordinate events, and be an integral part of our mission to promote wellness. We are looking for a competent Marketing Assistant to help set up and run internal and external outreach/marketing events. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Our Team Members are an integral part of our Jones Family Chiropractic Team and perform a number of functions, which may include: Have lots of fun helping people, meeting, creating, and maintaining relationships with local businesses, filling our calendar with events, scheduling lots of New Patient appointments, running our internal and external events, entering client information into various computer programs and performing related computer tasks, energetically communicating to practice members information about Jones Family Chiropractic and our wellness programs, demonstrating empathy, concern, good listening skills, and compassion during all client interactions, excelling while working in our team-oriented environment, and contacting and following up with potential new patients.
