About The Position

Paid Internship – Marketing & Brand Promotion Responsibilities Offline Promotion & Brand Awareness Assist the marketing team with local offline promotional activities, including street marketing in residential areas, campuses, and office districts, to promote the company brand and mobile app usage Execute user acquisition initiatives by engaging with potential users face-to-face, introducing product features, guiding app downloads, registrations, and first-order completion Support the preparation and distribution of promotional materials (flyers, giveaways, display props, etc.) to enhance campaign effectiveness and brand exposure Collect user feedback and local market insights to support future campaign optimization Assist in on-site execution of large local events such as campus orientations, community festivals, and pop-up events to expand brand visibility Online Community & Content Support Support daily operations of WeChat communities, including group setup, user engagement, and assistance with community campaigns Collect and organize trending topics, KOL resources, and platform content (e.g., Xiaohongshu / RedNote) to support online content distribution and brand awareness

Requirements

  • Prior experience in offline marketing, event execution, street promotion, or social media operations is a plus
  • Proactive, outgoing, and comfortable communicating with people in person; strong execution skills and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong learning ability and team-oriented mindset
  • Interest in marketing and willingness to gain hands-on experience with real users and frontline market activities
  • Must be based in New York City and able to work on-site and participate in offline promotional activities
