About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant / Coordinator II to support Trade Marketing initiatives and retail execution strategies. This role is responsible for driving in-store presence, managing visual merchandising programs, and coordinating retailer-specific activations. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, visual merchandising, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of retail programs from concept to performance tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in trade marketing or visual merchandising (beauty/cosmetics industry preferred).
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Understanding of retail operations and visual merchandising principles.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines to ensure on-time and within-budget execution.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Lead planning, execution, and tracking of retailer programs and counter initiatives.
  • Ensure in-store programs align with broader marketing objectives.
  • Manage development and implementation of visual merchandising displays and POS activations.
  • Oversee SHOP order processing for display materials and fixtures.
  • Coordinate orders for fixtures and factices, ensuring timely production and delivery.
  • Track and analyze program performance using data-driven insights.
  • Manage in-store video updates including agency briefings, purchase orders, and installations.
  • Maintain accurate product copy within ESKO for merchandising materials.
  • Create pre-pack codes for merchandising initiatives and manage allocations.
  • Develop custom planograms and in-store staging for retailer-specific needs.
  • Handle special retail activations and fragrance linear updates.
  • Take ownership of assigned special projects.
