We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant who’s excited to shape the future of storytelling through innovative AI and multimedia tools. You’ll help craft videos, visuals, scripts, and digital content that amplifies our marketing campaigns. Requirements

Minimum three (3) years in marketing, video production, or relevant field preferred.
Advanced proficiency in photo/video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, and/or similar software.
Knowledge of video production techniques, including camera operation, lighting, and composition to produce high quality content.
Proficient in AI tools, such as ChatGPT or Gemini, with the ability to effectively develop prompts and evaluate outputs.
Ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
Ability to align content with brand identity, mission, and values while ensuring consistent messaging.
Possesses a strong curiosity and analytical mindset, using research to inform decision making.
Ability to acquire new skills and adapt to emerging tools and platforms.
Applies creative thinking and resourcefulness to elevate marketing content.
Ability to think proactively to anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
Exhibits an eye for visual detail to create engaging content that are aesthetically appealing and aligned with brand standards.
General knowledge of general office procedures.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Ability to create professionally written documents.

Responsibilities

Supports marketing by researching industry trends, pain points, and common questions to inform content topics.
Assists in developing key messaging, content ideas, and script concepts to support marketing campaigns.
Prepares voiceover text, ensuring tone, pacing, clarity, and messaging is aligned with project goals.
Assists in sourcing and preparing visual assets for marketing content.
Gathers information and supporting materials for media projects, including case studies, analogies, testimonials, and visuals.
Assists in generating images, video, characters, scenes, and other multimedia content using AI tools.
Prepares and optimizes media assets to meet technical and quality standards.
Assists in retouching photo and video assets to enhance quality and visual appeal for marketing materials.
Organizes and processes digital media assets to ensure accessibility, consistency, and readiness for marketing usage.
Drafts materials for presentations, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with objectives.
Assists with drafting standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to AI content generation, workflows, and best practices.
