About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Support Analyst to enhance the productivity of our Business Development team and amplify our equipment sales presence across social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys communication, and has a knack for digital marketing.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or a related role.
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to tone and detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM system SalesForce and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales funnels.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B sales environments.
  • Graphic design or content creation skills for social media.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engagement data.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Representatives on messaging with prospects and leads.
  • Monitor response rates and optimize messaging strategies for improved conversion.
  • Create, schedule, and manage equipment sales postings across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure product listings are accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Track engagement metrics and adjust posting strategies to maximize visibility and lead generation.
  • Respond to inquiries and comments on social media posts in a professional and timely manner.
