About The Position

The Marketing & Sales Coordinator supports the execution and coordination of marketing initiatives while also providing project-based support to the sales organization as needed. This role focuses on organization, logistics, content support, and cross-functional coordination to ensure marketing and sales efforts are executed accurately, consistently, and on schedule. The position plays a critical support role in enabling the Marketing Supervisor and Sales team to operate efficiently and scale initiatives effectively.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy
  • Proficiency with basic digital tools, spreadsheets, and collaboration platforms
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and general marketing concepts preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and communications
  • Assist with preparation and organization of marketing materials and collateral
  • Track and manage promotional and giveaway inventory
  • Support social media posting and engagement using approved content
  • Assist with photography needs, including headshots, events, and product imagery (as needed)
  • Maintain marketing calendars, checklists, and documentation
  • Coordinate trade show logistics, materials, orders, and scheduling
  • Prepare, pack, and track shipments and returns
  • Verify materials prior to shipment and maintain detailed checklists
  • Publish trade show details to shared calendars and internal communications
  • Maintain accurate and organized records related to the company’s textile program, ensuring consistent documentation, data integrity, and cross-functional visibility.
  • Maintaining detailed records of textile selections and ensuring the website and 3D media specialist renderings reflect current textile program
  • Coordinating the ordering, tracking, and organization of textile sample library and lists
  • Managing the distribution of textile samples and marketing materials to the sales team as needed
  • Working directly with textile vendors to request, collect, and maintain current price lists and product information such as specs, testing, MOQ, and continuity.
  • Publishing and distributing approved textile pricing and program updates to the Tennessee upholstery facility and the Cost Accountant to support accurate costing and production alignment
  • Ensuring textile-related documentation is current, accessible, and aligned across Marketing, Sales, Operations (PD), and Finance teams
  • Collect vendor quotes and pricing comparisons
  • Track marketing-related expenses and maintain basic spreadsheets
  • Assist with monthly reporting related to marketing activity and performance metrics
  • Maintain organized records for marketing and sales support projects
  • Assist the Customer Experience Manager with state contract documentation gathering, organization, and record maintenance
  • Support tracking and updating of contract-related files and compliance documentation
  • Maintain organized digital records to ensure accessibility and audit readiness
  • Assist the Installation Manager with preparation and organization of project packets as needed
  • Support documentation assembly for installation schedules, site requirements, and project reference materials
  • Help ensure installation-related paperwork is accurate, complete, and distributed appropriately
  • Assisting with preparation and organization of sales materials, presentations, and bid-related documents
  • Supporting coordination of sales initiatives, promotions, or campaigns in partnership with Marketing and Sales leadership
  • Assisting with data organization, list preparation, or CRM-related support tasks as assigned
  • Providing logistical or administrative support for sales meetings, training sessions, or internal events
  • Supporting cross-functional projects that require coordination between Marketing, Sales, and Operations
  • Work closely with the Marketing Supervisor to prioritize tasks and timelines
  • Coordinate with Sales, CX, Operations, and Finance teams as needed
  • Communicate status updates and flag issues or delays proactively
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
