Marketing and Sales Coordinator

About the position

We are seeking a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support and execute integrated campaigns, coordinate sales initiatives, and ensure alignment between the marketing and sales departments. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and highly motivated to drive lead generation and revenue growth through strategic efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that support sales goals
• Coordinate between marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and lead follow-up
• Monitor and analyze market trends and campaign performance
• Prepare sales presentations, promotional materials, and reports
• Organize and manage trade shows, product launches, and client events
• Track customer engagement metrics and report on campaign ROI
• Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of deliverables
• Provide administrative support for the sales team as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or project coordination
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems and marketing platforms is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
