SWCA seeks an experienced Marketing and Proposal Coordinator to join its Marketing and Pursuit Resources team, supporting the West Region (encompasses the Western half of the United States including Hawaii and Alaska). The Marketing and Pursuit Resources team provides marketing, business development, and pursuit/proposal support to local operations teams. As the West Marketing and Proposal Coordinator (HR Title = Marketing Coordinator), you will play a key role in leading pursuit development and supporting business development activities to sell services to clients across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment with tight deadlines and changing needs while ensuring a best-in-class product. This is a full-time, regular (with benefits), salaried position. It is preferred that this individual live near one of SWCA's offices in Oregon, Nevada, Utah, or Arizona. However, for highly qualified candidates, other remote (distributed) locations within these states or the Rocky Mountain time zones will be considered. The successful candidate must possess the ability to travel occasionally. This position requires occasional overtime, including working evenings and/or weekends as necessary to fulfill position responsibilities.
