About The Position
SWCA seeks an experienced Marketing and Proposal Coordinator to join our Marketing and Pursuit Resources team to support our Rocky Mountain Plains sub-region (five offices throughout Colorado, Wyoming, Minnesota, and the Dakota States in the U.S.). The Marketing and Pursuit Resources team provides our local operations teams with marketing, business development, and pursuit/proposal support. As the Rocky Mountain Plains Marketing and Proposal Coordinator (HR Title = Marketing Coordinator), you will play a key role in leading pursuit development and supporting business development activities to sell our services to our clients across multiple industries. Our ideal candidate will thrive in an environment with tight deadlines and changing needs while ensuring a best-in-class product. This is a full-time, regular (with benefits), salaried position. This position provides the flexibility of working remotely, in a hybrid capacity, or in-office. However, it is a requirement that the candidate is based in Denver or surrounding areas and has the ability to travel to our local Broomfield office at least monthly and for occasional on-site collaboration. This position requires occasional overtime, including working evenings and/or weekends as necessary to fulfill position responsibilities.
