About The Position

As a Marketing and Promotions Associate, you’ll support our on-site marketing team in executing comprehensive marketing plans for a variety of clients. This role offers hands-on experience with client branding, product presentations, and customer engagement during live promotional events.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, marketing, advertising, event, or retail settings (including internships)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and detail-focused
• Availability to work weekends during events and promotions
• Outstanding time management skills and reliability
• Passionate about delivering top-tier customer service

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing plans and operational tasks aligned with company standards
• Participate in product and service training to stay informed and confident
• Assist sales teams in delivering consistent and effective product presentations
• Address customer questions about featured client products and services
• Learn and apply marketing and branding strategies tailored for new clients
• Deliver exceptional customer service to boost productivity and sales goals

• Provide administrative support to the marketing manager as needed
