Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a talented leader and Marketing and Product Strategy Analyst (Level 3) to join our Commercial Aircraft Parts Business team. This role will perform critical data analysis, customer execution, and business strategy development for Commercial Parts programs. These positions are integral to the P&L management and LRBP growth of BGS Commercial Parts Business. This individual will: collect and analyze data-driven information to support business objectives, opportunities & risks, market trends, constraints and business goals evaluate scenarios to shape airplane business strategies or forecasts support internal communication of business needs to ensure alignment and shape market perception across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders identify market and product selling trends to provide insight on the aviation aftermarket and products maintain and utilizes complex, broad analytical models to respond to business challenges and external opportunities. This is an on-site position. The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite at one of the listed locations: Seattle (WA) or Seal Beach (CA).

  • Leverage data analysis to develop strategic initiatives, drive competitive improvements, and improve business outcomes in customer segmentation & targeting, regional business growth, forecasting enhancements, eCommerce sales channel development, offer/promotion development, and product line enhancement.
  • Communicate and align growth initiatives to sales channels.
  • Provide commercial support & technical sales support.
  • Implement strategy and align across BGS Commercial Parts Business segments, Fleet Service Teams, Sales & Marketing, Demand Planning, Forecasting, Engineering and Supplier Management organizations.
  • Build trusting relationships and communicate business priorities across functional business partners and Supply Chain through Integrated Product Team (IPT) leadership.
  • Support the communication of data analyses and business insight to an Executive audience.
  • Support program work structures and top-level execution plans, including monthly financial, customer, and competitive analysis.
  • Lead project initiatives to improve commercial part product & category performance.
  • Experience interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis concepts such as normal distribution, standard deviations, mean, probability, and confidence levels.
  • Experience implementing strategic initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
  • Experience with developing and delivering presentations to Senior Leaders.
  • Experience in the commercial aviation industry.
  • Experience in marketing, sales, finance and/or supply chain.
  • Ability to perform advanced data analysis.
  • Ability to assess requirements and select appropriate algorithms.
  • Ability to create descriptive statistics and mathematical models to solve analysis problems.
  • Experience spearheading customer/product segmentation and analytics.
  • SQL, advanced Excel, and Tableau software experience preferred.
