As a Marketing and Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of the action, overseeing marketing strategies and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. This role offers flexible schedules, paid time off, employee discounts, and paid training. You'll also receive bonus pay and mileage reimbursement. In this role, you will initially focus on operational tasks within the restaurant to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and gain a thorough understanding of our business. As you demonstrate effectiveness and reliability in handling these operational responsibilities, there will be an opportunity to gradually take on more marketing duties, including planning and executing marketing strategies outside of peak operational hours. The goal is to build trust and ensure that marketing efforts are managed efficiently and effectively. Requirements

  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Marketing or operations experience
  • Creative and strategic thinking
  • Outgoing and Charismatic
  • Must own a reliable vehicle and be willing to drive for work with reimbursement to events and Catering/ Marketing runs
  • Must have a valid drivers license and insurance

Nice To Haves

  • Sales and/or Restaurant Operations/ Management experience preferred
