About The Position

We are seeking a talented Marketing and Innovation Specialist to join our dynamic team at Magnaflux, a division of ITW. In this role, you will play an essential part in executing our marketing strategy and driving the success of our North American sales and marketing plans. Reporting directly to the Divisional Strategic Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with the global marketing, sales, and product management teams to ensure cohesive messaging, goal alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. At Magnaflux (and ITW) we work tirelessly to understand the root of our customers’ challenges by understanding and addressing our customers’ pain points. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the product management team to develop "go-to-market" strategies including value propositions and marketing content for new products, services, etc. Proactively explore new growth opportunities by collecting and analyzing market data, conducting competitive analysis, and closely monitoring end-market trends. Embrace additional duties and tasks as assigned, actively contributing to the overall success of our marketing initiatives and demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience within marketing, or a related field required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas, concepts, plans, and problems.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities, capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, demonstrating enthusiasm for staying up to date with industry trends and leveraging new marketing approaches.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of an international team.
  • Strong analytical skills are preferred, enabling you to analyze marketing data and derive actionable insights effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, and Google Analytics is preferred, but not essential.
  • Design experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite are desirable, but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Own the development and execution of the North American marketing strategy; driving content generation, integrated campaigns, digital marketing, and branding to grow new leads.
  • Oversee key marketing projects and initiatives, including North America tradeshow preparation and execution.
  • Maintain, track and communicate leads generated through marketing channels/campaigns to provide insights and recommendations on our marketing strategy.
  • Create captivating marketing materials, including emails, banner ads, short-form videos, and other digital media.
  • Foster close collaboration with channel, and product management to define and execute campaigns based on segment, channel or strategic priority.
  • Collaborate closely with the product management team to develop "go-to-market" strategies including value propositions and marketing content for new products, services, etc.
