About The Position

If you are a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for creating and executing outstanding events and marketing campaigns, we encourage you to apply.  This role is pivotal in shaping and maintaining our brand identity while creating memorable experiences for our customers, partners, and employees. You'll own the full event marketing lifecycle: from researching which events matter, to creating compelling campaigns, to measuring what worked. The ideal candidate is a marketing-minded professional who sees events as a critical channel for pipeline generation and brand building. You'll own the full marketing cycle, from sourcing opportunities and creating compelling pre-event campaigns to on-site execution and post-event analysis. You're equally comfortable building a multi-channel promotional strategy as you are managing vendor relationships and event logistics.   If you're passionate about creating memorable experiences and driving measurable marketing outcomes through events, we want to hear from you. Requirements

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3-5 years of Marketing/Events or FieldMarketing experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive event marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Identify, prioritize, and vet industry events, trade shows, and conferences based on audience fit, competitive presence, and ROI potential.
  • Create compelling event-related content, including promotional materials, presentations, and collateral, to engage and educate attendees.
  • Partner closely with Sales to define event objectives, target accounts, pre-event outreach, on-site engagement strategies, and post-event follow-up to convert leads.
  • Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote events, including email marketing, social media, press releases, content marketing, and partnerships to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales, product, and creative teams to ensure seamless integration of event marketing initiatives with broader marketing efforts.
  • Segment email lists and create targeted, personalized email content.
  • Monitor email campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize email marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with event-related vendors, sponsors, and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts, secure sponsorships, and manage vendor relationships to optimize event outcomes.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of event marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of events, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and on-brand event collateral.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to refine the brand strategy.
