About The Position

The Marketing and Events Manager, working closely with the Marketing and Entertainment teams, is responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies for both daily operations and special event activations. This includes coordinating common area and entertainment district events, as well as serving as a liaison for individual tenant promotions and activations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and event management
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate's degree (AA)
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Experience working in entertainment districts, retail centers, or hospitality environments

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for daily operations and special events
  • Coordinate common area and entertainment district events
  • Serve as liaison for tenant promotions and activations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and third-party partners
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sponsorship Sales to identify and secure new sponsorship opportunities
  • Oversee and support internal and tenant-led event activations
  • Manage event timelines, documentation, and logistics
  • Capture content for social media and marketing channels
  • Perform other duties as assigned
