The Marketing and AI Intern is responsible for assisting with tasks and projects related to marketing AI and operations that support the Marketing Division. This is a fulltime, onsite internship position starting Monday, May 18th - Friday, August 7th, 2026.

Requirements

  • Candidates should be completing programs or courses of study towards a BA or BS in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Communications, or related field within three (3) years.
  • Strong desire to work in Marketing areas of AI or data-driven insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills; ability to support multiple projects at once.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Work, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member.
  • An eagerness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as basic math, percentages, etc.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
  • The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
  • The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and taste or smell.
  • The employee must occasionally life and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with data tools such as Tableau, Python, or similar software preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and support marketing projects with an emphasis on visitor experience and sentiment analysis, collections data, and metadata organization.
  • Benchmark data against peer institutions and their leverage of AI and data with attendance and membership.
  • Support trend analyses and prototype AI-powered tools for internal or public-facing use.
  • Collaborate with other Marketing staff on high-level tasks and team goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.
